HOW WE OPERATE

All criminal support files are managed by Davin Burlingham directly.
Arthur works under full provincial licence and legal compliance.

  • We do not speak for the client.
  • We do not interfere with police or Crown operations.
  • We prepare the truth for those who are willing to use it.

PRICING

  • Base Rate: $140/hour
  • Davin Direct: $350/hour (High-stakes cases, time-sensitive response)
  • Contingency or Discretionary Review: Available for families or accused individuals with valid cases and constrained budgets

All rates are flat. No retainers. No surprise fees.
