First Nations

Investigation | Protection | Advocacy | Navigation

When systems fail — First Nations are too often left with silence, confusion, or risk.
Arthur exists to intervene, investigate, and support — only when invited, and always with respect.

We are not a government office.
We are not media.
We are a licensed investigative firm — backed by First Nations elders, legal professionals, and advisors who ensure our work is grounded, ethical, and appropriate.

WHAT WE DO

Arthur Investigations offers licensed, confidential, and culturally informed support for Indigenous individuals, families, and communities across Saskatchewan.

We provide:

  • Governance & Band Conflict Support
When disputes arise inside communities — we help document, clarify, and track what’s really happening.
  • Community Safety Response
Licensed investigations into violence, coercion, theft, and threats — inside or outside the community.
  • Missing Persons Coordination
Fast action for families with missing loved ones. Liaison with police, media, and legal support if needed.
  • Legal Process Navigation
When someone needs to access the courts or protect their rights — and no one is explaining how.
  • Healthcare, Housing, and Services Advocacy
Federal, provincial, and local programs often conflict. We help sort out what is owed, what was missed, and what happens next.

OUR COMMITMENT TO FIRST NATIONS

Arthur operates with the direct support of Indigenous elders, professionals, and legal advisors.

  • We do not move without consent.
  • We do not publish or speak publicly about any case unless directed by the client.
  • We operate independently of all government, political, or institutional systems.
  • We will listen first — always.

HOW WE WORK

  1. Private Intake — Individual, family, or community request
  2. Scope Assessment — What happened, what’s at risk, and what’s needed
  3. Community Liaison (if requested) — Elders, council, or legal partners engaged as appropriate
  4. Execution — Investigation, documentation, and reporting
  5. Closure & Transition — Clear next steps for legal, media, or internal resolution

We do not rush.
We do not escalate.
We build the case — and protect the people involved.

PRICING

  • Standard Rate: $140/hour
  • Family/Community Contingency: Reduced or deferred billing available upon request
  • Council or Elder Engagements: Project-based pricing, always quoted in advance

Initial consultations are always free, confidential, and without obligation.

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • Families with missing loved ones or safety concerns
  • Community members facing intimidation, fraud, or silence
  • Elders with legal questions or unresolved conflicts
  • Youth workers, health teams, and legal advocates needing external support
  • Band staff or council members dealing with complex or escalated situations

WHY ARTHUR

There is no consistent path for First Nations people in Saskatchewan to access immediate, accountable investigative support.
Arthur exists to change that — with care, professionalism, and clarity.

We work with communities.
We listen to elders.
We answer only to truth — and to those who trust us to carry it forward.

How We Work

We do not replace lawyers. We ensure you get full access to the system your lawyer cannot deliver alone. We work behind and around the system — so your rights are seen and respected.

Every file is managed with discretion, confidentiality, and cultural understanding. We respond fast, explain clearly, and act when others will not.

We work with:

  • Legal Aid Saskatchewan
  • Band Councils
  • Indigenous justice workers
  • Families navigating crisis
  • Youth at risk of incarceration

Our Commitment

We are led by Indigenous professionals. A trusted First Nations relations and operations lead oversees all services to ensure cultural fit, accuracy, and trust.

Every member of the Arthur team works under their direction when serving Indigenous clients. Every action is reviewed for its alignment with our communities’ needs — not just system rules.

This is structured justice. It’s time.
