BILLING STRUCTURE

  • Standard Rate: $140/hour (includes preparation, attempts, reporting, affidavit drafting)
  • Piece Rate: see below
  • Travel: Standard $1.00/km
  • Rush/Urgent Files: No fee - We will decline the work if we can't meet the deadline
  • Affidavit Execution: Included
  • GST/PST: Applied where required
  • Invoices issued weekly or by engagement scope
